How long does it take to manufacture a handmade rug?
Manufacturing time depends entirely on the weaving technique and size:
- Hand-Knotted Rugs: Standard 9×12 rug can take 2 to 6 months depending on KPSI.
- Hand-Tufted Rugs: Typically 4 to 8 weeks.
- Handloom & Flat-weaves: Within 3 to 6 weeks.
- Custom Orders: Timeline starts once approval is received.
Can I get a faster delivery for urgent hospitality projects?
Yes. For contract manufacturing, we can deploy multiple master weavers to a single oversized loom to reduce production time.
What is the step-by-step process of my order?
- Design Approval: Digital CAD/Map sharing.
- Dyeing: Yarn matches specific colors.
- Weaving: Construction on the loom.
- Finishing: Washing, shearing, stretching, and hand-binding.
- Quality Check: Final inspection by our founders.

We use the ARRS Color System and Pantone Fashion + Home guides. Swatches (strike-offs) are available before full production.
What materials do you work with?
Premium fibers include: Ghazni, New Zealand & Bikaner Wool; Mulberry & Bamboo Silk; Botanical Viscose; Organic Cotton, Jute, and Hemp.
3. Shipping & Logistics
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are global exporters shipping door-to-door to the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Air Freight (FedEx/DHL/UPS) takes 5 to 10 business days. Sea Freight takes 30 to 45 days.

Where are the rugs manufactured?
All production happens in our dedicated facilities in Bhadohi and Varanasi, India.
